Orders
How do I know if my order was placed?
You will receive an email with your order confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our point of purchase system offers a variety of payment options such as visa, mastercard, paypal and various other options based on your location.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us at sales@drippyintimates.com with your order number immediately so we can resolve this prior to the order departing our warehouse.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has departed our warehouse, our system will send you an updated email with tracking information. Depending on which courier was selected, you may be able to view tracking updates from the email itself and or you can copy the tracking number directly into the couriers website for a more detailed status update.
What if my product is damaged?
Contact us at sales@drippyintimates.com within 24 hours of arrival, please have the following information ready:
* Order Number
* Photo of damaged product, with the packaging.
* Photo of the shipping label attached to the package.
Shipping & returns
What is your return policy?
Drippy Intimates products are “Non-returnable” items, due to the intimate nature of our products. This means that we do not accept returns. However, if you have received a defective or damaged product please contact us within 24 hours, with proof of purchase for a replacement.

What is your refund process?
Drippy Intimates is happy to offer exchange or store credit as all of our products are “Non-returnable” items, due to the intimate nature of our products. This means that we do not accept returns, for any reason. For defective and or damaged products, please see our return policy
What are shipping options and delivery times?
Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of the time of purchase, once your order has shipped, you will receive an updated email corresponding with your tracking number and shipping details. The length of the shipping time will vary depending on your location and selection of service, please be mindful of holidays and weekends as they are not included in shipping quotes.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are offering shipping services in the USA & Canada, we are looking to expand overseas in 2024.
